1. Do you have a problem with your product?
Please call us to describe the problem to see if it is something we can fix without arranging a return.
2. WHAT can be returned?
If it is determined that the problem cannot be fixed as per item 1 above, the product may be returned and we will, at our discretion, repair the item, replace the product or provide a full refund.
3. WHERE do items need to be returned to?
If the product is purchased online then the product will need to be sent to Autotrade Tools, C/o 18 Kimberley Road, Dandenong Victoria 3175.
4. SHIPPING for returns?
Unless otherwise agreed, you will pay for shipping to us and we will pay shipping for the repaired or replaced unit back to you.
If you are entitled to a refund as determined in clause 2 above, your refund will be paid within 3 business days upon that determination being made.
